Many organizations today are looking to implement video communications using their available network and bandwidth. The systems are "networked" together in a similar fashion to computers and can make connections with other compliant systems or computers that carry compliant software. The industry standard for systems that work in this way is called H.323. If organizations have broadband links to other parts of their network, in another region, city or country for example, connections may also be made there. The advantage of networked, IP conferencing is that you can call any other compliant system on the available network using existing bandwidth without the cost of implementing additional ISDN lines. Digital TRAFFIC can help you find the right solution and ensure it is used effectively and to best advantage with your organization.
